Meet Lucy Kaunda living in Liwaladzi Nkota-kota, a mother to late Linda Banda who on 11th September 2022 gave birth to beautiful twin girls (Thandi and Trinity).
Linda lost alot of blood during her children bearing process; blood wasn’t supplied to her as quickly as possible as it wasn’t readily available. Unfortunately, Linda passed on and left her beautiful twin girls under the care of their grand mother Lucy.
Since September there hasn’t been a constant supply of infant formula since financial assistance from the well wishers hasn’t been enough and constant.
Lucy does field and other small piece works, as such, she cannot afford to feed these twin babies with 12 tins of infant formula per month (6 tins/400gms of #1 Lactogen per baby)
With the strained supply of infant formula to these babies, as FHF, we fear for their poor childhood development and malnutrition complications among other issues.
Therefore, FHF invites you to partner with us to take these twins out of danger by donating:
- 36 tins of 400gms #1 Lactogen (for January, February and March)
- 48 tins of 400gms #2 Lactogen (8 thins per month for April _ September)
- 72kg of Lunda phala (12kgs/month for 2 babies) and
- Any other baby gift such as clothes, blankets, feeding cups, e.t.c
